| About Me... My name is Chris (Goy name, I know lol). After years of questioning and ambiguity, I recently became aware of my family's Jewish heritage and it's made me incredibly happy. Spiegel is not my surname, it was my great-grandmother's. At college, I've had the opportunity to become great friends with a Reform convert and he's helped me learn more about my culture. The religious aspects of Judaism, while new to me (I was raised Christian), are incredibly interesting. However, I do consider myself agnostic. Still, I am more than willing to attend Temple, especially Reconstructionist or Reform. To me (and many others, I imagine) Judaism isn't just a religion, it's a culture, an identity, a race, a deeper meaning in this world.
